I spend so much time talking about the crazy things that my kids do and showing you pics of them with marker on their faces, that I forget about sharing the wonderful things that they say and do that you can't capture in a picture. Brody is becoming a little man right in front of my eyes. You hope and pray that you are raising them to be kind and do the right things, but sometimes you wonder when the bad things are coming out. Well, he is obviously picking up on the things that we are teaching him.
He cracks me up!! Yesterday he asked "Mommy, can we eat outside today, because it is such a beautiful day?" Each night after supper he tells me "You made a very delicious supper tonight Mommy." and the other day (after getting in major trouble for being naughty in church) he apologized to Josh, ON HIS OWN!! "I sorry that I talk so much in church Daddy." He is becoming such a wonderful person and I only pray that we can continue to model and teach him the right things to do!
Not to forget Beau, he has become quite good at apologizing and runs up to everyone, says "orry" and gives them a hug if he does something wrong. When he was helping me plant my flowers the other day, he almost hit me with his toy hoe and I just needed to look at him and say his name and he apologized....

New play stuff...
We have been working hard around the yard already this swing. For the boys' birthdays, they got a new sandbox that we built and trucked in the sand for. Then, I decided that they needed a tire swing, so Josh got put to work making one for the boys. They are having so much fun and now that the weather is nice I barely see them in the mornings...
Sneaky Petes!
My boys are becoming the masters of doing things whenever I am not around for 2 minutes. This is the result of me leaving them coloring - to go to the bathroom!! I guess I won't be going to the bathroom for a while... In fairness, part of the blame is from me. We used markers to paint the boys' faces when our girls basketball team was playing..

Beau and Bella
Beau is still a little obsessed with holding his sister... Which is fine when I am around. He managed to open her swing the other day and when I came running because I heard her cry out, I found her laying on the floor under the swing. Gotta love older brothers.... One day she will get her revenge. Here is one of the calmer moments of him holding her.

Last Day of School
So, Brody's preschool class ends a little earlier then the rest of the school does. They finished up this past Wednesday - I can't believe that a whole year has gone by! He had a cute program that I got to go to and a certificate for completing the year... Next year, preschool again, but 4 days a week in the afternoons. NO NAPS???

Trampoline Fun!
So, the boys got ANOTHER trampoline for their birthdays... In case you didn't know, the one that they got from Stacy and Cheryl for their birthdays last year got blown across the yard and folded into a taco. So, Jerry and Cindy provided this year's birthday gift of a trampoline... We have it staked down this time!! We are slow learners, but here are some pics of the boys loving the trampoline!

Fun with the Earheart relatives!
Josh's brothers circus was in Bemidji on Thursday and Friday, so we took work off and went to visit for the two days. The circus was a blast, my whole family joined us in going to watch and the boys had a lot of fun with their cousins. Not so much sleep, but a lot of fun!

Brody's 4th Birthday...
We had Brody's birthday party this weekend and it was a blast. The day was beautiful and the kids spent most of the time jumping on the trampoline... Here are a few pictures from his party!

Thrush..
It was bound to happen with one of our kids and sure enough... Bella got thrush! We tried to wait it out and see if it would go away, but she started fussing, so I could tell she was getting uncomfortable. So, Dr. Adams told us to get the "purple stuff", which stains everything and made her look lovely! Only two nights of it and the thrush is gone though! Yay!!
Spring is here!!
