Camping with the Kiser's...

We took our annual trip to Dower Lake campground this weekend with my sisters and brothers and their families... My mom and dad stopped out on Saturday and my youngest brother even made the trip up from the cities to spend some time with us. With 14 kids, 13 adults and 5 dogs, it makes for a lot of fun memories! Beau is obsessed with lalala (water) and wouldn't get out of the lake every time that we went swimming!! We also had to stop on the dock every 2 steps to look at the water...

Red Eye River Days...

This last weekend was our town celebration and Saturday kept us running all day. Josh got to get the kids ready while Bella and I walked the 5K (what was I thinking?), then we met up for the kiddie games, the potato booth, free ice cream and a train ride. After naps, Josh was again in charge as I was off to see Kenny Chesney (sigh...) and he took the kids to the parade! They had a great day and slept hard that night!!

Tractor Pull...

Josh's regular tractor pull buddy was busy on Friday night, so the boys and I got enlisted to go with him. We spent the night watching different types of vehicles pulling a weighted sled... The boys got a little antsy for a little bit, but overall did really well. We ONLY stayed for 3 hours and left when the rains came in...

Water Fun...

Since our pool isn't going to be open this summer, we used the boys Christmas gift cards to buy a nice pool toy for them for this summer. Thanks Jimmy and Yolanda! :) We pulled it out one day last week and they had a blast with it!!

Bella...

She finally did it! After about a month of rolling onto her side and having the bottom half of her body completely over.... Bella rolled all the way over. Now we can't keep her on her back, she immediately flips to her stomach. She usually lasts for about 2.2 seconds and then gets mad and wants to be back on her back. Hopefully she will start to find some fun in it soon!

Kiser Reunion...

We got together with the Kiser gang(my dad's side) and went camping in Clearwater for the weekend. It was a lot of fun and the kids had a great time playing together and getting to know their 2nd cousins (3rd cousins?) a little better! The oldest is 12 and the youngest is 2 months... Brody is still referring to the oldest cousin as "the big tall boy", obviously we still need to work on the names a little bit... But he is right, Ryan has gotten really tall!!

New Skills...

We came home from camping the training wheels came off!! While we were camping, Brody surprised us by hopping on his cousins bike (without training wheels) and riding around on it like it was no big deal! He (and we) were very excited!!

Red Neck Tractor Pull...

Josh was mowing the ditch on the edge of our property and was worried that he was going to get the mower stuck, so he brought the 4 wheeler with him. The boys decided that they wanted a ride back and Josh figured towing them was easier then making two trips. They had fun at least!

Happy Birthday Beau!

Beau turned 2 on Sunday and we had a get together to celebrate. The kids had a blast, running and playing all afternoon and Beau joined right in. I can't believe how big he is getting!!

Big Helpers...

Josh has been taking advantage of our nice weather to start getting our wood pile ready for next year. Brody woke up from nap and wanted to go and help as soon as he heard the chainsaw running... First he had to get a few things though - pants with pockets (to put his tools in), his safety goggles (safety first), and his own chainsaw! It was great!!

Swing

Beau loves to help push his sister in the swing. Never mind the fact that it goes on its own, it doesn't go fast enough... Here are a few pics, note the devilish look!
