Water Park

So, from us for Christmas, we gave the kids a night at a hotel with a water park. I get so overwhelmed with all the toys and material things that I would much rather go spend some time with us just as a family! We had a blast spending time together, although we did have to leave the pool not once, but TWICE for floaters in the pool! NASTY!! I haven't ever had that happen when we are at a water park, so it was an adventure...

And for our third and final Christmas, we headed back over to my mom's to hang out with my immediate family. It is always great when we can get everyone together, including Rusty and Lindsay!! Seeing them only a few times a year is not so much fun, but we know exactly how that goes! So, we make the most of the time that we do get to spend with them!

New Blankets

One of the presents the kids got from Santa were make your own tie blankets. They were super cute and Bella of course was the first to ask if we could work on her blanket. She loves cuddling up with it at night...

The kids were once again spoiled by Santa... that darn guy always shows us parents up! :) They had a blast opening their presents and even got to play for a bit while I got breakfast ready and then we were off! We got a chance to stop and see Jake and Danielle before they left for a visit to AZ and then we were off to my mom's to Christmas with the Polman side!

Christmas with the Connors

We are so excited that we were able to spend part of the holidays with Josh's side of the family. With Jake and Danielle moving here it's fun for the kids to have yet another cousin to celebrate with... We had a blast painting ornaments that Danielle had made, eating, opening presents and playing Bingo... It was a fun night, spending time with family!
