Nickelodeon Universe

We had an AWESOME time at Nickelodeon Universe and the kids are already asking when we get to go back! :) The rides were amazing, the kids hit every ride at least once and we were non stop the entire time that we were there. So excited to be able to win tickets to do something as fun as this with the kids! It was an amazing weekend and they crashed hard when we got home!

Family Twins Game

So, I got super lucky and won tickets to both the Twins game and Nickelodeon Universe at the Mall of America. So, we decided to make a weekend vacation out of it and headed to the cities on Saturday for the game. It was a lot of fun to wander around the stadium and introduce the kids to their first big league baseball game! Brody and Beau did pretty well sitting through a 9 inning game, but Braxton and Bella got a little bored by the end. It was a lot of fun and a beautiful day for a game... At the end of the game we had a choice to walk outside of the stadium or go through the inside to get back to where we had parked. We decided to walk around the outside and check out the outside... They loved all the Snoopy characters that surrounded the stadium and HAD to get a picture with each one... A little tedious by the end, but they loved it!

Bella's Field Trip

I got to go with Bella to her kindergarten field trip. We went to the "Sugar Shack" which is a local business that makes and sells syrup. It was fun to watch them tap a tree, taste what the "beginning" sap tastes like and then sample the syrup once it is cooked down. Short and "sweet" field trip that was a great time. So glad that I got to go this year with Bella.
