Halloween Party!

The kids are definitely getting good use out of their Halloween costumes this year! We have had a lot of fun activities going on - these are some pictures from our annual Halloween party that SCAB puts on at the school! Lots of fun and games for the kids...

Trunk or Treat!

We headed out this October to the drive in movie theatre in Long Prairie for their Trunk or Treat. This is the second year that we have done it and the kids always have a blast! It did get a little chilly by the end of the second movie (about 32) and it was a little late by the end of it all (about midnight), but it was worth the adventure and we had a lot of fun!

Fire Hall Field Trip

Again, another "last" for us... The kids go to the fire hall every year for ECFE and Preschool and this year was our last time of getting to do that. You would think that it would get to be "old hat" for them, but they love checking out the trucks, tooting the horns and climbing on everything that they have in the fire hall. They will definitely miss their yearly adventure!

Fall Festival Week

It was Dress Like A Teacher Day for fall festival week and the kids loved dressing up! Bella dressed like her preschool student teacher, who is now a kindergarten teacher at our school, Brody dressed like his teacher Mr. Meyer and Braxton and Beau dressed up like Mr. Heino. They were so adorable! :)

Football

Brody's second and last football game of his 5th grade season was played right before my nephews had their junior high game in New York Mills. It was fun to see all the boys out there in their football gear! Brody had a blast and is definitely anxious to play again next year....

Pumpkin Patch

Lots of "lasts" for us this year... ECFE has been a part of our lives for the past 8 years that we have lived in Sebeka. This year is the last year that we will be a part of this fabulous program. This was our "last" trip to the pumpkin patch with ECFE. We have definitely enjoyed going every year. The kids have a blast with their ECFE buddies on the hay ride, play set, picking out pumpkins and just enjoying the fall weather! It was a beautiful night for the pumpkin patch!

Picture Day!

Picture day was a bit of an adventure today... Brody has been going through a phase of ONLY wanting to wear sweats or running pants and wanted to wear this with a dress shirt for pictures. Bella had hair issues and Beau needed to change twice due to not matching. It is always a crazy mess getting ready for pictures, but we make it work! :)
