Red Eye River Days

Well, we finally got to the age where we don't have all of our kids in the kiddie games anymore...  How did we get to that point?  Brody was too old, so he decided that he was going to go and work at the OSLC Potato Booth with his friends and that left us with our youngest three in the games. With all the rain on Saturday, we ended up being inside for the games, but the kids still had a lot of fun.

As usual our day was full of craziness, starting with the 5K where Brody took 2nd in his age group, Braxton took 1st, Bella took 2nd and Josh took 2nd. Then it was over to kiddie games, off to lunch at the boy scout booth, bingo at the school, bouncing at the bounce houses and finished off the day at the parade. What a crazy weekend of fun!!

Little League Again!

Braxton and I had a little date night while Bella was at camp and Brody was at another baseball game. We got to hang out and watch Beau's game before we headed cross country to catch the last of Brody's game. What a fun night of baseball with all my boys!

Camping Fun!

We finally got a free weekend so we busted out the camper and headed out for a weekend of camping with some of our friends! The kids were kept super busy with all the fishing that they did... whether we were down there or not, they were kept hopping with all the catch and release fishing that they did. Love a summer of camping and relaxing with my family and friends!

Little League

Beau is spending his summer playing 12 and under Little League and he is having an interesting time! :)  His team is struggling quite a bit, but it is fun to see the gains that they have made from the start of the summer. He has gotten some pitching time in and played a lot of outfield. Hopefully the hard work will show huge gains in his future!

Babe Ruth

Brody has moved up a level in his summer ball experiences this summer. He is playing Babe Ruth with a few of his cousins and a bunch of friends and classmates. While he is the youngest and doesn't see a lot of field time, the experiences that he has been having are making for a fun summer!

Summer Softball

Bella is playing 10U softball again this summer and she is loving every minute of it. She plays on the same night as Beau, so I have to miss his games, but I am so excited that I am able to watch her play every Monday night!

Bike Park Fun!

Beau decided that he wanted to go to the bike park for his birthday. While everyone else was busy, they still had some fun on their own trying out their bikes on the hills. Summer isn't summer until we get to the bike park at least once...  it just isn't usually this early!
