Circus Fun!

Vacation time for the kids and I came in the form of a road trip to Michigan. We did a pit stop in Appleton, Wisconin for a night to visit my cousin and give the kids a break from driving. We then headed back into the car and on the road to finish out our trip to Ionia, Michigan. We got to spend 4 days and nights with Yolanda, Jimmy and Kayla and had a blast! Then it was back into the car to head home with another pit stop in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to visit good friends that Josh and I met in Arizona. Our kids all played together like they have been friends forever - it was so much fun!

Snow White

The kids once again participated in the Prairie Fire Children's Theatre that comes to Wadena each year and they had a ball! Brody got to play the part of a dwarf, Banzai (the stories have the same premise as the regular fairy tale but take a different twist on it) and Beau was a townsperson. They loved practicing every day and their performance was awesome! Love that they enjoy doing a variety of activities! Bella was already asking if she gets to be in the play next year... Guess I will have three in it then!

T-Ball

Another year of t-ball ended... Hard to believe how fast the seasons go. Bella had a blast playing with all her friends. Next year it will be her and Braxton both playing and mom will be back to running between fields!

Swimming Lessons

The kids finished up their swimming lessons for the summer just last week and all passed with flying colors! Brody finished out the top level of lessons that Sebeka offers (just in time too, since Braxton starts next year, save mama some money! :) Beau passed Level 4 and Bella completed Level 2 - not surprising with my little fishies!

T-Ball

Bella has been having a blast playing t-ball this year and doing much better with focusing during the games. We have very little time playing in the dirt and while at times the ball goes through her legs, she is at least moving in the right direction to go get the ball! We had some fabulous fans at the last game...
