This summer we got to have a weekend of two of my favorite things - baseball and camping! Brody's Babe Ruth team moved on in tournaments and they ended up playing in Bemidji MN. Now, an hour and fifteen minutes isn't THAT far to drive each day, but when you can pull your campers up and spend the day on the lake while you wait for the next baseball game, why wouldn't you do it?? The campground that we found had paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe for the guests to use and one of our friends (and Brody's teammate) ended up joining us with his boat so they could do some fishing! Talk about a lot of fun for our kids!!
